Judith Althaus
Project Manager, Jerusalem

Judith Althaus joined the FES as a Project Manager in July 2009. She has an MA in International Relations from Durham University.

Prior to her position at the FES Judith worked for the German Foreign Office for five years, including the protocol section in Berlin and postings and secondments in Istanbul, Skopje and Ramallah.

Judith’s work at the FES in Jerusalem focuses on economic and social policy, cooperation projects with the representatives of the Fatah movement, as well as projects that further the political, economic and social participation of women. She speaks German natively and is fluent in English, French and Turkish and has basic knowledge of Macedonian and Arabic.
